Change

Sometimes you get sucked into your daily routines, work, social obligations ... When I look at myself, even though I try not to, can't always help it.

Just stop, breath, take a small time out and (re)think about - things - and if perhaps you find that things are not going as want to, you are not doing the things you would have wanted to. Take the step, even if at first they are small steps, and start changing things and don't forget to smile. Cause even if the steps you take towards change are super small you are doing it!
