For New York Fashion Week Vogue.com had linked up with a new website, The Coveteur, to find out what the key players (from the designers to the models to the nightlife kings) thought was necessary in order to survive their grueling schedules. Once they got their lists, they asked them to assemble their essentials for a portrait shot by photographer Jake Rosenberg (with the help of cofounders Erin Kleinberg and Stephanie Mark). I always love a peak into someone elses wardrobe or handbag :) ... so here are my favorites:
Sylvana Ward Durrett / VOGUE Director of special events
1. Chanel bronzer and red lipstick: I never leave home without them. A little bronzer and red-lip refresher do the trick to keep your look lasting.
2. My mother has always had gold bangles, so now they are a collectible for me, and when I am feeling more edgy than preppy, I add an Hermès studded cuff or my Fenton/Fallon spike diamanté necklace.
3. I’m very much into a suede pump these days, and this hot-pink pair from Manolo Blahnik amps up any look—and they're comfortable.
4. This metallic rectangle clutch bag from Chanel accompanies me to most events. I love it because it holds all of my essentials—iPhone, notepad, makeup, wallet, and an extra pair of flats!

Harley Viera-Newton / DJ
1. My new Céline bag, which I absolutely love.
2. My boyfriend gifted me with this amazing bright orange Smythson diary and pen so I can keep track of everything.
3. I have managed to lose my passport twice so my brother gave me this purple Aspinal of London case to deter me from leaving it on the airport counter!

Jessica Sailer / VOGUE Market editor
1. A red Givenchy long-strapped bag because I am loving red this season and I plan on mixing it with basic black.
2. A Flip camera.
3. Black Céline motorcycle jacket for day and night.
4. Accessories: Red Yoji gloves, vintage Tom Ford sunglasses, and my cherished Ginette rose gold necklaces—I don’t go a day without them.

Gucci Westman / MakeUp artist
1. I have my green shake every morning—no matter the call time—because it feels like a little bit of armor.
2. Olatz Schnabel pajama tops are my new obsession. I wear the long-sleeved top out and get so many compliments.
3. Céline boots: I think my mom had a similar pair in the seventies, and I love that they are casual enough but still make you feel put together.
4. My Chanel bag was a gift from my husband, David, but I picked the color. It’s a great size to put essentials like my bespoke Anya Hindmarch diary and Fabien Baron brown sunglasses.
5. Jewelry: The watch was a birthday present from David, and I also wear my wedding band, engagement ring, the signet ring he gave me for Christmas this year (David designed it when he was 18!), and the big one was a fortieth-birthday present.

Aslaug Magnsdottir /CEO and CO-Founder of Moda Operandi
1. This bright pink Matthew Williamson cape with patterned lining not only adds a splash of color, but also keeps me warm while traveling between shows.
2. High heels are an absolute must—even in the snow! With tights, these Christian Louboutin gladiator sandals in black velvet serve as the perfect winter shoe.
3. This Celestina mid-size black crocodile clutch with a shell handle is a great day-to-evening bag.
